Initial Intake Assessment
Treatment always begins with a comprehensive Initial Intake Assessment.
Individualized Treatment Plan
Based on the assessment findings, a personalized treatment plan is developed and used to guide the therapy to a successful outcome. The Treatment Plan could include any of the following, as needed:

What to Expect
Beginning Phase
Treatment always begins with a thorough psychosocial assessment to clarify your concerns, and what resources may, or may not be, available to help address those concerns. We'll then devise an individualized treatment plan, which will be guide the ongoing course of treatment toward achieving a set of specific, measurable, and reasonably attainable treatment goals.
Middle Phase
Then, drawing from each of our own unique, yet equally valuable, areas of expertise and perspectives, we'll partner together to devise a series of strategies for making meaningful advances toward achieving a set of specific, measurable, and mutually agreed upon, treatment goals.
Closing Phase
To help us determine when we've arrived at a successful treatment outcome, throughout the course of treatment, we will continuously evaluate for progress. Once we determine that the treatment goals have been adequately achieved, we can conclude the treatment, with an understanding that, should something change or should new concerns arise, Â you may want to requet to resume treatment or seek additional support or other resources.
Fees & Payment
The session fee is payable by credit card, cash, check, or electronic payment, and is due at the time of the session. I do not participate in any managed care networks, however, many PPO insurance plans offer coverage for the services of a licensed clinical psychologist. While full payment of the fee is ultimately your responsibility, you may want to check with your insurance company to see whether reimbursement may be an option. Please call or e-mail regarding further questions related to payment policies.
