Hello! I'm Dr. Shoshana Taubman, and I'm a licensed clinical psychologist, based in the East Bay. Since 2005, I've been providing a broad range of specialized psychological services to empower children, teens, parents, and families to overcome a wide range of life's obstacles and strengthen their ability to make meaningful advances toward achieving important personal and family goals.

If you are a parent who is concerned about your child's, or your family's, mental health or general well-being, or a teen who is concerned about your own mental health or general well-being, I want to first and foremost commend you for taking this very important step toward overcoming your obstacles, by visiting, and hopefully taking some time to peruse, my website.
Life presents all kinds of challenges. Some of life's challenges may call for a certain skill, tool, or other resource, that may not be readily available, or even accessible. Such challenges can be especially difficult to overcome, creating obstacles that could stand between us, and our ability to make necessary gains toward achieving important goals.

That said, my experience has shown me that, with the right support and guidance, even life's most challenging obstacles, can set the stage for some of life's most significant and invaluable opportunities.
